Can I build a full techpack on the free plan?
The 150 signup credits are enough to try the full guided flow and often cover a simple techpack. More complex designs may need a top-up or Pro.
Is the PDF export actually usable by factories?
Free exports include a small 'Specdesk' watermark in the footer. Pro exports are clean and production-ready. Both formats are accepted by manufacturers.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can still open and edit your existing techpacks by clicking directly on fields. Credits are only spent when using the AI chat to fill in sections.
When do credits reset?
Free signup credits are one-time credits and do not reset. Pro credits reset monthly. Purchased top-up credits roll over.
